Katrina Kaif and Kareena Kapoor Khan will have some free time at the year-end

Katrina Kaif (Bang Bang) and Kareena Kapoor Khan (Shuddhi) will have some free time at the year-end to do whatever it is that they wish. Their co-star Hrithik Roshan, who is currently in a good space post the tremendous response to his superhero flick 'Krrish 3', has decided to take some time off before he ventures into the studios again.

Putting speculation about his health issues and other matters to rest, Hrithik says, "I am extremely overwhelmed by the tremendous support and love extended by everyone to 'Krrish 3'. It's been a great journey. Before I get ready to resume the shooting of my next, 'Bang Bang', in early January 2014 and later 'Shuddhi', as both are physically demanding, I will be taking some time off to recover completely from the recurring headaches that have resurfaced in the last couple of weeks. I am confident that your love and prayers will heal me completely. I wish everyone a great end to 2013 and a fabulous start to 2014!"

Ali Fazal : It will be challenge and fun to romance with Vidya Balan in 'Jagga Jasoos'

Ali Fazal says it would be fun yet challenging to romance Vidya Balan on screen.

Ali is known for '3 Idiots' and the recent 'Fukrey'. Now he has been signed up opposite Vidya for 'Bobby Jasoos', produced by Dia Mirza and Sahil Sanghvi.

"I am playing the lead with Vidya. We will have a 'hatke' love story. We are doing workshop together... she is fantastic actor. I am not scared to romance her, it will be fun and challenge. Hope we will have a great chemistry. I am looking forward to it," Ali told PTI.

"The script is beautiful, pairing up Vidya and Dia producing the film were the reasons for me to do it," he said.

Vidya plays a detective in the film, who, while working on a case, falls in love with a young guy, played by Ali.

Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela will be pulled off from the cinemas in Noida and Ghaziabad

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh starrer Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela will be pulled off from the cinemas in Noida and Ghaziabad after the Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court banned the screening of the film in UP until the words 'Ramleela' and 'Rasleela' are removed from the title.

Yogesh Raizada corporate head, Wave Cinemas, said, "It is a High Court ruling and we will abide by it. It will be applicable from today. Now, it is up to the distributor and production house to get the clearance from the court. But, commercially, it will not be a huge loss to us because it is the second week of the movie, and there are two big movies releasing today."

Rehan Ahmed of Big Cinemas said, "After getting a written notice, we will not be screening the movie, but I don't understand what is the parameter to ban the film now, a week after its release."

The judgement came over the the case filed by Maryada Purshottam Bhagwan Ramleela Samiti, Bahraich, on November 19, on wrong usage of the words Ramleela and Rasleela in the title.

Kangna says, `I am truly flattered Because of compliment coming from Bora Aksu

Kangna Ranaut was the showstopper at a fashion event in Mumbai recently where she met London-based designer Bora Aksu.

A source says, `After the show, he met Kangna and discussed fashion trends. He complimented her looks as well as her dressing sense.`

The Turkish designer has been conducting fashion shows for the past several years in London. He has worked with singer Tori Amos and actresses Keira Knightley and Sienna Miller in the past.

The source adds, `Bora posed for snaps with Kangna and invited her to his London store. Kangna was overwhelmed with his kind words and appreciation.`

Kangna says, `I am truly flattered. Bora Aksu has worked with the likes of Sienna Miller who is a huge fashion icon so a compliment coming from him is awesome.`

Kushal gives Andy and Tanisha a warm hug, welcomes in Bigg Boss

After much speculation, Kushal Tandon will be seen entering the Bigg Boss house tonight.

A couple of weeks back, Kushal was dismissed from the Bigg Boss house owing to his aggression and misconduct towards Andy. Even though Gauahar, who walked out with Kushal, returned back in the house just a day later, there was always an expectation about his return. Kushal has been apologetic about his behavior, owing to which Bigg Boss has decided to give him another chance and re-enter the Bigg Boss house.

As the contestants are about to call it a day, Kushal makes a dhamakedaar entry to the song 'Badtameez Dil'. Hearing the song, Gauahar comes running to the garden area and keeps staring at the door expecting Kushal to enter any minute. When the door opens, Gauahar followed by Kamya go running to Kushal and give him a tight hug while Tanisha and Andy are taken aback.

Contrary to his behavior prior to Kushal's exit the first time round, Armaan seems quite happy with his return and proceeds to hug him repeatedly. Letting bygones be bygones, Kushal gives Andy and Tanisha a warm hug and also presents the contestants with gifts which he has carefully selected for them. Amidst all the chaos, Gauahar seems to get sidelined and not get the attention she desires.

While everyone welcomes Kushal with open arms, Andy and Tanishaa do not seem to be quite happy with his return. However, the two decide to give him another chance while still reserving their judgment about him and his return.

Will Kushal really turn a new leaf or go back to his wayward ways? Will Andy ever forgive

The teaser opens with the formation of Bangladesh back in 1971. “Lakirein bahut ajeeb hoti hain. Khaal pe khich jaaein toh khoon nikaal deti hain, aur zameen par khich jaaein toh sarhadein bana deti hain,” the voiceover by Irrfan Khan tells us.

From the exodus of refugees that pour into India from Bangladesh emerge two orphan kids and inseparable friends, Bikram and Bala. To eke out a living, the two waifs become gun couriers. From gunrunners, they go on to become coal bandits robbing freight trains of the black gold.

They grub a living for themselves doing all sorts of dirty jobs and then grow up as Calcutta’s most loved Gunday who are as reckless as fearless.

There’s trainloads of action and stunts in this teaser as we see Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor as the black market mafia-men ruling the seedy underworld with their sheer grit.

The beautiful canary in this coalmine is Priyanka Chopra, but we don’t get to see her in the teaser.

Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar and produced by Aditya Chopra, Gunday is slated to release on 14th February 2014.

Saif Ali Khan : I always wanted to play Character like gangster

Saif Ali Khan who plays gangster Raja Mishra in the forthcoming film ‘Bullett Raja’, says he always wanted to play such a character.

"After many years, I got this chance to play a character which is very different from me. I always wanted to play a gangster," the 43-year-old said here Wednesday at a promotional event of the film.

Saif says the Tigmanshu Dhulia-directorial, premised on a fictional mafia based in Uttar Pradesh, is neither vulgar nor violent. But it is fully entertaining.

"Tishuji (Tigmanshu) has tried to make each scene an item. There is action in the film but not violence, there is comedy but not vulgarity. So it is a good action drama set in the background of Uttar Pradesh. I`m very glad I could be part of it," Saif said.

Set in Lucknow, ‘Bullett Raja’ also stars Jimmy Shergill and Sonakshi Sinha. It hits theatres Nov 29.

Hrithik Roshan will be off to the US for another surgery?

If you think Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan is basking in success of 'Krrish 3', then you're wrong.

The superstar has been facing medical woes for quiet some time. And if sources are to be believed, he will be off to the US for another surgery as he has had a relapse following a brain surgery that was done to remove a blood clot from his brain.

A Mid-Day report says that Hrithik has decided to go to the US as he has had a relapse. The actor was getting severe headaches for some time and hence has decided to go to the US for proper medical care. His sudden departure will affect the shooting schedule of his two upcoming films Shuddhi and Bang Bang.

The report further says that while the shooting form Hrithik-Katrina-starrer Bang Bang was to begin from November 27, shooting for Shuddhi was to commence from first week in December.

This change in schedule has put Katrina Kaif in a quandary as her other films Phantom and Jagga Jasoos are also on the floor at the same time. Hence, it will be difficult for her to accommodate her dates later for Bang Bang. It is for this reason that she even spoke to Roshans if Hrithik could postpone his trip, but they said that they could not take risks with his health.

However, Rakesh Roshan has denied these allegations that Hrithik is going to the USA.

Abhishek Bachchan not being part of ‘Dhoom 3’ events has raised a lot of questions, but his co-star Aamir Khan says that's OK.

Aamir said "Abhishek and I launched the first trailer of the film. With every event you will see different actors from the film."

Aamir and Katrina were present at an event for launching the dolls of ‘Dhoom 3’ and when asked about Abhishek’s doll being absent, Aamir said, "I think dolls in this case were made just for Katrina and me. But I think that's a very valid question. Jai and Ali are popular characters from the film and dolls should be made for them too."

Now we think that YRF should really get an event where we see Abhishek or else the question will be raised more.

Taaha Shah is all set for his first action film Tina and Lolo

Actor Taaha Shah, who stars opposite Sunny Leone and Karishma Tanna in Tina and Lolo, will be seen in his action avatar in the movie.

Taaha Shah had earlier starred in Y-Films’ Luv Ka The End opposite Shraddha Kapoor as an anti-hero, the first of its kind in the youth genre. He then starred in Dharma Productions’ Gippi. After playing the role of a chocolate boy in his previous movies, Taaha Shah is all set for his first action film Tina and Lolo. The actor reportedly underwent rigorous training in martial arts and Acrobatics for the film and has put in his heart and soul in preparing for his part.

A spokesperson from the movie said, “Taaha has been working really hard to get into the character of ‘Mario’. He is sure to surprise his fans with his completely new action-laden role.”

Amjad Khan’s daughter Ahlam to make her film debut

Amjad Khan enjoyed popularity for his villainous roles for many years, the most famous being the iconic Gabbar Singh. His daughter Ahlam, however, chose to stay away from mainstream Bollywood and instead carved a niche for herself in theatre.

Now, when Ahlam is all set to make her film debut early next year, she calls it just a natural extension of the play she did with Makrand Deshpande. "I have no aspirations or desire to make a foray into movies. My first and last love is theatre. Bollywood has not really appealed to me, so I don't look at it as my debut," says the actress, who is currently nursing a new-born baby. The film called Miss Sundari is an adaptation of Makrand's play Miss Beautiful. Incidentally, Amjad had also started his career with theatre.
