Bollywood Movie Grand Masti is an adult comedy film Directed by Indra Kumar and Produced by Ashok Thakeria. Film is presented by Bharat Shah.

The film is a sequel to the Masti hit of 2004, and will feature Vivek Oberoi, Aftab Shivdasani and Riteish Deshmukh reprising their roles from the original, along with four new actresses Manjari Fadnis, Karishma Tanna, Sonalee Kulkarni, Maryam Zakaria and Bruna Abdullah.

Grand Masti is scheduled to release on 13th September 2013.

Production of the film was to begin throughout the first week of August 2012, though because of actor Riteish Deshmukh's father Vilasrao Deshmukh's critical health condition,the film's commencement was put off by a few days.
