"Chennai Express" has earned Rs100 crore at the box-office over the opening weekend

Fastest Rs100-crore earner in the history of Indian cinema.Concedes trade analyst Amod Mehra, “The paid previews on Thursday may have prevented the film from breaking records on the first day. But now over the weekend Chennai Express has broken all records and is the first film to cross Rs100 crore in just four days. The business of cinema is growing.

Chennai Express recorded the highest collections for a paid preview, also for the first, second and third day. It has also become the fastest century earner  and taken the top spot at the box-office.”

Shah Rukh Khan’s latest release and his first sojourn into Rohit Shetty’s kingdom of the corny and the comic, has swept the box-office, making it the most successful opener of 2013 so far.

Film Actor Abhishek Bachchan wants Aamir Khan to play role of good guy in Dhoom 4

For Abhishek, it was an honour to work with Aamir Khan, who plays a villain in "Dhoom 3". He hopes to work with Aamir again and says he could play the "good guy".

Jai (Abhishek Bachchan) and Ali (Uday Chopra) are Coming back and this time with khan! 'Dhoom' is 'Dhoom' and it's the third time round. What an honour for any actor to get the opportunity to work with Aamir. You just get to learn so much by just observing him," he said.

Abhishek only has a string of praises for Aamir.

Abhishek said "Aamir is so helpful and so caring and giving as an actor that I am honoured to have worked with him. Let's see, we'll try and convince him to come back in 'Dhoom 4' as a good guy".

"We have had our mainstream heroes doing villain roles for very long. I did it in 'Yuva' in 2004, my dad did it in 'Parwana' (1971). I think heroes have always done it and it's got to do with the character, it's not about being a good guy or a bad guy," "Superstar Shah Rukh Khan played negative roles in movies "Darr" (1993), "Baazigar" (1993), "Anjaam" (1994) and the recent "Don" franchise abhishek said.
