Salman Top 5 confessions in Koffee with Karan

Modesty might not be Dabangg Khan's cup of tea, but the actor surprised everyone by rating himself as a below-average actor. The star, who opened the fourth season of Karan Johar's Koffee with Karan, also claimed he's never slept with a woman.

Here are Salman's top 5 confessions on the show:

1. I'm a virgin

As shocking as it may sound, but the actor claims he's saving himself for his bride- to-be suggesting he is still a virgin. Ahem… ahem! "I have always slept alone on my bed," said Salman.

2. I run away from my exes

Salman Khan who has in the past avoided coming face to face with former flame Aishwarya Rai, admitted on KJo's show that he runs miles away from his ex girlfriends. "Some I totally ignore, others I try and run away from them. I don't face them simply because I don't want our past to affect their present life."

3. I hate people who bitch about SRK

They might not be best of friends, but apparently have a lot of respect for each other. Salman admitted that the two shared a wonderful relationship before 'that big fight'. The Dabangg star wonders why SRK did not personally apologise to him, and said 'sorry' on Karan's show. The actor however says he can't hear anything negative about King Khan. "When people bitch about him, thinking they can gain brownie points with me by doing so - I hate that. I don't permit it at all."

4. I'm a below-average actor

One can imagine a humane Salman, but can you think of a modest Khan? That was exactly what viewers got to know as the star sipped a steaming cup of 'Koffee' with Karan. "I've just been lucky," said the actor adding, "If I had started today, I would not get a job, not even in TV". He went on to add:  "I'm a below-average actor."

5. I'm just friends with Katrina

Hinting at Ranbir-Katrina relationship several times, Salman Khan said he would prefer to remain 'just friends' with Katrina Kaif.

We were glued to the small screen last night when Salman Khan made his irreverent presence felt as he opened Karan Johar’s popular chat show Koffee with Karan 4. Much to our surprise, the Dabangg Khan was not exactly his relaxed, unapologetic and brash self. But he didn’t let go of a single opportunity to take cracks at his rivals, his unfaithful ex-girlfriends and the host of the show KJo either even as he tried to showcase his suave and sophisticated side to the viewers. But the highlight of the show, undoubtedly, was a shocker that made us raise our eyebrows and giggle at the same time.

“I’m going to save myself for the one that I get married to,” said Salman while interacting on the show. The crafty Karan didn’t hesitate to jump the gun and inferred directly what does bhai mean is that he is still a virgin. To which Salman replied-‘Yes, I am a virgin”

Sallu also maintained that our culture does not permit us to do ‘it’ before tying the knot. And that line made us go-oh really?

The 48-year-old superstar kept insisting how fiercely guarded he is as far has his “V” is concerned. He even went on to say that he likes to sleep all alone!

What was also surprising was that Sallu miyaan contradicted himself with some really restrained but hard-to-believe answers. He admitted that when it came to his former flame Sangeeta Bijlani, he was all set to get married. Even the wedding cards were printed. He even cheekily admitted that the reason for their break-up was he got caught cheating on her.

We certainly enjoyed Sallu’s interesting chat with KJo, but it also made us ask the pertinent question-Has the Dabangg dude now turned into an expert liar or is he learning to ACT!

The countdown is already on. Come December 1, Karan Johar is going to return to the small screen with his show 'Koffee With Karan'. ApunKaChoice brings you the snaps of the stars and celebs from the show’s sets.

Karan Johar, perhaps the most sociable and friendly personality in Bollywood who’s got pals in every camp and every nook and cranny (save for a certain filmmaker named RGV), will prod your favourite stars to spill the beans in the fourth season of ‘Koffee With Karan’ beginning Sunday.

The list of the celebs who’ve shot for the show will leave you breathless. Sample this: Salman Khan will open the show in which his father Salim Khan would join in. Ranbir Kapoor will appear with cousin Kareena Kapoor for the first time in another episode. Priyanka Chopra and Deepika Padukone, two contemporaries and professional competitors, would share the couch in the fifth episode. Likewise, Madhuri Dixit and Juhi Chawla too would appear together.

‘Gunday’ actors Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor and SOTY brats Sidharth Malhotra, Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan are among the other guests.

Salman replaces SRK on Koffee with Karan

Premiering on December 1, at 9 pm on Star World, this season of 'Koffee With Karan' will as usual have a star-studded guest-list and a new set along with a host of new guests. The icing on the cake is the kick-off episode which will star Salman Khan.

Often known for his witty antics, Shah Rukh has revealed his crazy side on the show frequently. The actor had once fallen asleep on the couch during the shoot of the chat show. its normally Karan's bestie Shah Rukh who is the star of the first episode. 

Salman who loves to be funny on camera did something similar during the first episode shahrukh did. Looks like someone has taken over Shah Rukh's place this time but we are sure any kind of resemblance may be purely coincidental!
