Actor-Director Farhan Akhtar is not bothered about his sports movie " Bhaag Milkha Bhaag" not going to the Oscars Award.
A Gujarati film "The Good Road", has been chosen as India's entry to the 2014 Oscars in the Best Foreign Language Film category.
Movie "beat back" directed by Gyan Correa protest from Hindi films like "Bhaag Milkha Bhaag" and "The Lunchbox" to represent India at the award event.
When reporters asked about "Bhaag Milkha Bhaag" not selected for the 'Oscar' Farhan Said, "We made the film the way we want to and Audience liked it too much we are happy for that. And for Oscar selection there is a committee for selection of the film they decides which film should go to Oscars and which is not... It is up to them. I am fine with it."
39 year Actor Farhan is happy for his upcoming film project, "Shaadi Ke Side Effects" with actress Vidya Balan.
He said about Vidya Balan, "She is a very brilliant and capable actress. She is doing amazing work since the last 3 or 4 years and I am sure she will continue to do so. Working with brilliant people helps you to learn new things."
Farhan and his friend Ritesh Sidhwani and also producer have been appointed brand ambassadors for a Bollywood portal, 'Flickbay' it is a social networking site about Hindi movies.
