Bollywood famous Director Anurag Kashyap and his actress wife Kalki Koechlin get married in April 2011 but now there marriage was said to be in trouble, issued a joint statement today asking for privacy and to deny that they were divorcing and have recently announced that they are taking time apart from their more than two year old marriage.
Director Anurag was previously married to Aarti Bajaj with whom he has a daughter but it is first marriage of Kalki.
Anurag said, "Me and Kalki are separating, we are not divorcing taking time to figure out things. We request the media to please respect our privacy and give us our space.
Kalki who is 29 years is an Indian of French descent, and Kashyap who is 41, noted for his films 'Black Friday', 'Gulal' and 'Gangs of Wasseypur', met and fell in love with Kalki when he was working on the film 'Dev D' in the year 2009.
In Anurag Kashyap's film 'Devdas' Kalki played role of Chandramukhi.
